Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps in respect of the respondent Nos.1,5 & 6 within four weeks.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has complied the above order dated 31.08.2016. Accordingly, fresh show cause notice was issued on 23.09.2016 to unserved respondent nos. 1, 3-6. As per Tracking Report "Item Delivered" to respondent nos. 1, 5 and 6 and inrespect of respondent nos. 3 and 4 Remarks "Left without instructions". Hence, service of show cause notice on respondent nos. 1, 5 and 6 may be treated as complete and on respondent nos. 3 and 4 is not complete (Tracking Report is enclosed herewith).

Service of show cause notice on respondent nos. 3 and 4 is not complete.

Accordingly, fresh show cause notice was issued on 29.09.2016 to unserved respondent no. 1. As per Tracking Report of India Post "Item Delivered". Hence, service of show cause notice upon respondent no. 1 may be treated as complete (Tracking Report is enclosed herewith).

Service of show cause notice is complete on all the respondents.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Registrar Court with this Office Report.
