Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the respondent Nos.3 & 4 and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them within the same period.

SLP(C) No. 2597-2610/2015 Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps in respect of the respondent No.1 within four weeks. List the matter again on 31.08.2016."

It is submitted that A.D. Card duly signed from respondent no. 2 has been received but no one has entered appearance so far. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notice from respondent nos. 1, 5 & 6 have been received back so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 29.08.2016 filed fresh and correct address of respondent nos. 3 and 4, but he has not filed spare copies of SLP.

Service of show cause notice on respondent nos. 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 is not complete.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 29.08.2016 filed fresh and correct address of respondent no. 1. Show cause notice to respondent no. 1 is yet to be issued.

It is further submitted that Dr. Sushil Balwada counsel for respondent nos. 2-14 and Mr. V.N. Raghupathy counsel for respondent no. 15 have not filed counter affidavit on their behalf so far.

Service of show cause notice on respondent no. 1 is not complete.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Registrar Court with this Office Report.
