The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court alongwith connected matters on 02.02.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Issue notice returnable in four weeks."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued on 18.02.2015 to all the seven respondents by Regd. A.D. post. Respondent nos. 1, 2, 5 & 6 have been served with the notice by Registered A.D. Post, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent no. 7, but has not filed counter affidavit so far. Unserved containing show cause notice from respondent nos. 3 & 4 have been received back with the remarks "Left without instruction"

Service of show cause notice on respondent nos. 3 and 4 is not complete.

It is submitted that Mr. Satya Mitra Garg, Advocate has on 28.07.2016 filed an application for Impleadment of a party as respondent and Vakalatanama/Memo of Appearacne on behalf of the proposed applicant sought to be impleaded alongwith application for directions. The same are registered as I.A. Nos. 7-12 and were listed alongwith unregistered application for direction before the Hon'ble Court on 24.10.2016 with office report dated 29.09.2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Applications will be heard along with SLP. List the special leave petition along with applications after two weeks."

The applications above mentioned were mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 25.11.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Post I.As. No. 7-12 and 13-18 on Friday i.e. 02.12.2016 before an appropriate Bench."

The applications in the matters above mentioned are, therefore, listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
