It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mrs. Kamaldeep Gulati, Advocate on 23.12.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 31.08.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 7427, 7428, 7429, 7847, 7848, 7849 of 2011 (O&M), 3191 of 2015 (O&M) and 5551 of 2014 (O&M).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 18 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 34 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 52 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) CC Nos. 14851498 of 2016 entitled Ishwar Singh And Ors. Etc. Etc. Versus State Of Haryana And Anr. Etc. arising out of common order is a 1N matter.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) Nos. 43244362 of 2013 Entitled State of Haryana Versus Hukum Chand & Ors. filed against order dated 16.09.2011 in RFA No.

4649/2011 referred to on para. 7 of Impugned order was dismissed by the Hon'ble Court on 15.01.2013. (Copy of order dated 15.01.2013 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished copy of exhibits and notification dated 17.04.2002, 10.04.2003, award dated 29.01.2011, 17.09.2008 and 16.09.2011. In this regard, Counsel has given a letter dated 25.02.2016 (at page no. 130 of the Paper Books) stating therein that the same are not relevant and has also clarified that the Ld. Additional District Judge, vide its order dated 04.08.2011 had decided the reference petition filed by the petitioners which is annexed as Annexure P1 and inadvertently the LAC No. 619 & 614 of 2010 of some of the petitioners is not mentioned in the said order. Counsel has undertaken to produce the same if directed by the Hon'ble Court and requested to ignore the defects at his own risk.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
