The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16.01.2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice returnable within four weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. In the meantime, operation of exparte Judgment dated 24th February, 2012 passed by the Labour Court, Nashik in Reference (IDA) No. 39 of 2008 shall remain stayed."

It is submitted that, accordingly Show Cause Notice was issued on 09.02.2015 to both the respondent by registered A.D. Post as well as by dasti. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover have been received back so far. The counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit of dasti service with proof after effecting Service on both the respondents.

Service is complete through dasti but no one has entered appearance.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
