The Special Leave Petition above-mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 18th July, 2012, of the High Court of Judicature, Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in W.A No. 1159, W.A No. 1306 in W.A.M.P No. 1340 of 2009 and W.A.M.P No.1340 of 2009 in W.P No. 3421 of 2009.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that SLP(C) Nos. 18755-18756 of 2013, arising out of same Judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 10th May, 2013, when the Court direct to maintain status quo and issue notice and the matter will be listed on 28th October, 2013. (A copy of Record of Proceeding dated 10th May, 2013 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that delay of 83 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition has been condoned by Ld.Additional Registrar (IB).

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
