For Respondent(s) UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Since the matter is remanded to the High Court for fresh decision in accordance with law, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to move an application before the High Court challenging the act of the respondent in organising cock fights with bettings, sale of liquor, gambling etc., as alleged in this petition. At this stage, it is submitted by the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner that an application to this effect has already been made. In that view of the matter, we request the High Court to decide the said application, and if possible, even the main writ petition at the earliest. With the above observations, the contempt petition is disposed of.
