The matters above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar on 20th

April, 2015, when he was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the respondents. The learned counsel for the petitioners shall file the affidavit of valuation within a period of four weeks whereafter no further extension shall be given. List again on 7.8.2015."

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents(common). Mr. E.M.S. Anam, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 27 and 28 but countrer affidavit not filed so far. A.D. cards have been received in respect of Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 6, 16, 21, 25, 26 and 29. Neither A.D. nor unserved covers containing show cause notice has been received in respect of Respondent Nos. 3 to 5, 7 to 15, 17 to 20, 22 to 24, 30 and 31.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 3 to 5, 7 to 15, 17 to 20, 22 to 24, 30 and 31.
