It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that SLP(C) No. 14461455 of 2015 entitled KAVUNNI RAJA & ORS. Vs. KOYAKUTTY THANGAL & ORS. ETC. arising out of common order was listed before this Hon'ble Court on 12.1.2015, when the Court directed issue notice and the same is pending(Copy of the Record of Proceeding dated 12.1.2015 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the petitioner has filed application for deletion of proforma respondents alongwith SLP (Copy of the same has been included in the SLP's paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court)(same may be registered after the I.A. Nos. 12 is ordered).
