O R D E R
Pursuant to this Court's order dated 3rd January, 2014 bacteriological investigation with regard to rest of the patients have been made. Report has been submitted stating that all the patients have now been cured they are not suffering from leprosy. In view of the report submitted by the competent authority, no further order required to be passed in these cases.
The authorities will now issue recovery certificate to all the patients whithin two weeks from the date of their -2-
appearance / application. On recipt of such certificate the individual patient who have been recovered may move before the competent authority for issuance of eligibility certificate. The competent authority will do the needful within four weeks from the date of receipt of such application.
The contempt petitions stand disposed of.
