CONTEMPT PETITION (C) NO. 461 OF 2012

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that bacteriological investigation with regard to many of the petitioners have not been conducted as per guidelines. Learned counsel -2-

appearing for the State prayed for some time to obtain instructions. In view of such prayer made, the case is adjourned. In the meantime, the learned counsel for the petitioners will handover a list of such petitioners whose bacteriological investigation had not been conducted to the learned counsel for the State of Orissa by 15th January, 2014. Such petitioners will report CDMO, Government Hospital, Mayurbhanj, District Baripada (Orissa) on or before 31st January, 2014. On their appearance, CDMO, Government Hospital, Mayurbhanj, District Baripada (Orissa) will fix a date for test of such persons which may be conducted by 10th February, 2014 and report be submitted before this Court by the next date. Pendency of the case shall not come in the way of competent authority to issue eligibility certificate. CONMT.PET.(C) NO. 462 of 2012, CONMT.PET.(C) NO. 463 of 2012 and CONMT.PET.(C) NO. 290 of 2013 Ms. Kirti Renu Mishra accept notice on behalf of State of Orissa. Let notice be issued in the meantime. Parties may exchange their respective affidavit.
