It is submitted that Mr. Pukhrambam Ramesh Kumar, Advocate, has on 18.11.2016 filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in Appeal No. 3679 of 2015 despite opportunity being declined vide order dated 25.07.2016 but he has not filed vakalatnama on behalf of the aforesaid respondents in this matter so far.

It is further submitted that Certificate of Service in respect of the respondent no. 3 in Appeal no. 3677 of 2015 has been received from the Tribunal but no one has entered appearance on its behalf in the matter so far. Service is complete in the matter.

It is lastly submitted that Notice for filing statement of case has been issued on 19.01.2017 to the parties and the same is awaited. Original Record is not called from the Tribunal in view of Registry's Circular dated 03.12.2014.
