UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R C.A.NO. 10910-10917/2014 Respondent nos. 1 and 2 in C.A. No.10914/2014 have filed counter affidavit but after the opportunity for the same was declined. However, the ld. counsel appearing for the respondents submits that he has filed counter affidavit after obtaining permission from the Hon'ble Court. Registry to verify and submit report accordingly at the time of listing. Parties have not filed statement of case. Since it is no more a mandate after the amendment in the Supreme Court Rules, 2013, registry to process the matter for being listed before the Hon'ble Court as per rules, however, alongwith connected matters. C.A.NO.3646/2015 Respondent nos. 1 to 4 have already filed counter affidavit. Service of respondent nos. 5 and 6 is complete but none has entered appearance. Parties have not filed statement of case.
