Last opportunity of two weeks is granted to the ld. Counsel, Ms Arpita Bishnoi appearing on behalf of Mr Devashish Bharuka, Advocate-on-record for curing the defects in the vakalatnama filed on behalf of respondent no.1 in C.A. No.10911 and 10916 of 2014. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks time.
Respondent no.2 in C.A. No.10911/2014 has not filed counter affidavit despite last opportunity granted but the ld. counsel submits that she will be filing the counter affidavit during the course of the day itself.
