UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R C.A. No. 10910-10917/2014 Three weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to respondent No.1 in C.A. No.10911 and 10916/2014 for curing the defects in the vakalatnama filed by him. Counter affidavit be also filed within the same period. Four weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to respondent No.2 for filing counter affidavit in C.A. No.10911/2014. The office report is silent as far as the status of the other respondents in all the above-said appeals. C.A. No. 3646/2015 Two weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to the petitioner for serving the proof of service of pleadings to respondent Nos.1 to 4. Counter affidavit be filed within four
weeks thereafter. C.A. No. 3675-3680/2015 None appears for respondent No.10 in C.A. No.3675/2015, despite due service. Item No.34 -3- Respondent Nos.1 and 2 in C.A. No.3676/2015 and respondent No.1 in C.A. No.3680/2015 have to file counter affidavit within four weeks.
