The learned counsel for the appellant shall file the statement of case within a period of 45 days and the learned counsel for the respondent shall file the same within a period of 35 days thereafter.

List again on 30.6.2016."

It is submitted that the Counsel for Sole Respondent has not filed Counter Affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that time to file Statement of Case has expired,

but no one has filed Statement of Case so far.

The appeal is ready for hearing as per mended Rules.

The office report is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court.
