Service is not complete in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

However, Mr. Samar Vijay Singh, Ld. Advocate-on-Record has appeared on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 to 3. He seeks and is given four weeks time to file the vakalatnama and the counter affidavit.

Four weeks time is given to the learned counsel for the petitioners for filing the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to respondent Nos. 4 to 8.

As per office report, in terms of Hon'ble Court's order dated 11.11.2022, Ld. Counsel for petitioners has not filed spare copies in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 to 8.

It is pointed out by the Ld. Counsel for petitioners that he has already provided the 8 spare copies. Registry to verify the same and do the needful accordingly. In case not filed, Registry to issue letter to the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner with respect to the filing of spare copies.
