Despite due service on respondent nos.1, 4 and 5, there is no appearance.
As per office report Ld. Counsel for the petitioner was supposed to file proof of publication in respect of respondent no.2. However, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed proof of publication yesterday. Office to verify and process accordingly.
Application for substitution has been filed in respect of deceased respondent no.3. Same is defective. Two weeks time, as a last chance, is granted to Ld. Counsel for petitioner to cure the defects.
