It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. B.V. Balram Das, Advocate on 20.05.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 30.01.2013 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 662 of 2012 barred by time by 385 days along with the applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 19.11.2014 filed copies of discharge dated 9.11.1993 as additional documents in terms of Undertaking letter dated 06.06.2014. Copy of the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
