It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 07.09.2015 of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh at Shimla in RFA No. 28 of 2002 alongwith application for condonation of delay in refiling of SLP (barred by time by 14 days) and the same has been condoned vide Additional Registrar (1B) order dated 22.01.2016 and SLP has been registered accordingly. He has also filed an application for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order (regd. as I.A. No. 2) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file exhibits and copy of order dated 25.05.1995 mentioned in the impugned order. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 19.01.2016 and the same is placed at page No. 204 of SLP paper books.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
