In all there are 84 respondents out of which respondent Nos. 5,7,8,14,17,21,22,24,25,31,32,33, 42,44,54,65,71,78,79,80,82,83 have not yet been served for want of proper addresses. Notices be re issued to them on furnishing their fresh and complete addresses within three weeks and to respondent Nos. 3, 4, 6, 18, 19, 26, 30, 34,38,47,48,67,69,70,81 and 84 through the concerned District Court in addition to postal service.

Respondent nos. 16,20,29,40,41, 43,46,49,58,62 to 64, 68,74 are reported to have died. Necessary steps for substitution of their legal representatives be taken as per rules.

Respondent Nos. 1,2,9 to 13,15,17,23,27,28 and 76 are reported to be duly served but none appeared on their behalf. List again on 17.10.2013.
