The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 28th October, 2015, when the following Order was passed:-

"Petitioner has not taken appropriate steps to effect service upon the unserved respondents and has not provided the sufficient number of spare copies of the SLP. Steps be taken within three weeks time and notices thereafter be issued.

Petitioner also has to take steps to substitute the legal representatives of deceased respondent nos. 16,20,29,40,41,43,46,49,58,62 to 64,68,74. Be taken within three weeks time.

Service of respondent nos. 1,2,9 to 13, 15,17,23,27,28,33,65,71,76 and 78 is complete but none has entered appearance.

List again on 20.1.2016."

It is submitted that counsel for the Petitioner has neither furnished fresh addresses of Respondent Nos. 5 to 7, 14, 21, 22, 24, 25, 31, 32, 42, 54, 79, 84 nor filed application for substitution to bring on record Lrs. of deceased Respondent Nos. 16, 20, 29, 40, 41, 43, 46, 49, 58, 62 to 64, 68, 74 and also not filed copies of SLP for effecting service on unserved Respondent Nos. 3 to 8, 14, 18, 19, 21, 22, 24, 25 26, 30, 31, 32, 34 to 39, 42 to 44, 45, 47, 48, 50 to 57, 59, 60, 61, 66, 67, 69, 70, 72 to 73, 75, 77, 79, 80 to 84.

It is further submitted that there are 84 Respondents in the matter. Service is complete on Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 9 to 13, 15, 17, 23, 27, 28, 33, 65, 71, 76 and 78 through A.D. cards but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed copies of SLP for effecting service on Respondent Nos. 3, 4, 8, 18, 19, 26, 29, 30, 34 to 39 43 to 44, 45, 47, 48, 50 to 53, 55 to 57, 59, 60, 61, 66, 67, 69, 70, 72 to 73, 75, 77, 79, 80 to 83.

Service is incomplete in respect of Respondent Nos. 3 to 8, 14, 16 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25 26, 29, 30, 31, 32, 34 to 39, 40 to 44, 45, 47, 48 to 62 to 69, 70, 72 to 73, 74, 75, 77, 79, 80 to 84.

The afore-said matter is listed before the Registrar's Court with this office report. Dated this, the 18th day of January, 2016.
