"The ld. Counsel for the petitioner has yet to furnish the fresh address of respondent nos. 5 to 7, 14,21,22,24,25,31,32,42,54,79,84 and also has to yet file the application to substitute the legal representatives of deceased respondent nos. 16,20,29,40,41,43,46,49,58,62 to 64, 68 and 74. Appropriate steps be taken within three weeks time.

Service of respondent nos. 1,2,9 to 13, 15,17,23, 27,28,33,65,71,76 and 78 is complete but none has entered appearance.

Fresh steps with respect to the remaining unserved respondent Nos.3,4,8,18,19,26,29,30,34 to 39,44,45,47,48,50 to 53,55 to 57,59,60,61,66,67,69,70,72,73,75,77,79 and 80 to 83 are also to be taken by the petitioner. Be taken within three weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued.

List again on 20.8.2015."

It is submitted that counsel for the Petitioner has neither furnished fresh addresses of Respondent Nos. 5 to 7, 14, 21, 22, 24, 25, 31, 32, 42, 54, 79, 84 nor filed application for substitution to bring on record Lrs. of deceased Respondent Nos. 16, 20, 29, 40, 41, 43, 46, 49, 58, 62 to 64, 68, 74.

It is further submitted that there are 84 Respondents in the matter. Service is complete on Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 9 to 13, 15, 17, 23, 27, 28, 33, 65, 71, 76 and 78 through A.D. cards but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed copies of SLP for effecting service on Respondent Nos. 3, 4, 8, 18, 19, 26, 29, 30, 34 to 39 43 to 44, 45, 47, 48, 50 to 53, 55 to 57, 59, 60, 61, 66, 67, 69, 70, 72 to 73, 75, 77, 79, 80 to 83.

Service is incomplete in respect of Respondent Nos. 3 to 8, 14, 18, 19, 21, 22, 24, 25 26, 29, 30, 31, 32, 34 to 39, 42 to 44, 45, 47, 48, 50 to 57, 59, 60, 61, 66, 67, 69, 70, 72 to 73, 75, 77, 79, 80 to 84.

The afore-said matter is listed before the Registrar's Court with this office report. Dated this, the 18th day of August, 2015.
