Respondent nos.1 and 2 are granted four weeks' time as final opportunity for filing counter affidavit.

Service is complete on respondent nos.6,18,23,28 and 30 but none has entered appearance.

Ld. counsel for the petitioner is granted two weeks' time as final opportunity to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars in respect of unserved respondent nos.3-5, 7-17, 19- 22, 24-27 & 29. Ld. Counsel vehemently submits that fresh particulars are not available in respect of the said respondents and hence, prays that he may be allowed to serve the respondents through Trial Court. Allowed. Trial Court particulars be filed within one week. Notices accordingly be issued. List again on 18.7.2024.
