UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Issue notice on the application(s) for condonation of delay as also on the special leave petition(s).
Dasti, in addition, is permitted.
Tag with Special Leave Petition (C) Nos.10215-10219/2019 and Diary No.30302/2019 and
other connected cases, if any.
In the meantime, the execution proceedings shall remain stayed subject to the State making the payment of the compensation at the rate of Rs.746/ per square yard as has been paid in the case of 'Lokinder Singh & Ors.vs. State of Haryana & Ors.'
On payment of the aforesaid compensation, the execution proceedings shall not be proceeded with. We, however, observe that payments made under this order shall abide by the result of the petitions.
Learned counsel for the land owners shall withdraw half of the amount without security and half of the amount with security.
