UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
List these appeals along with other connected appeals arising out of the same judgment after four weeks.
In the meantime, the execution proceedings shall remain stayed subject to the State making the payment of the compensation at the rate of 746 per square yard as has been paid in Lokinder Pal Singh case.
On payment of the aforesaid compensation, the execution proceedings shall not be proceeded with. We, however, observe that payments made under this order shall abide by the result of the appeals.
Learned counsel for the land owners shall withdraw half of the amount without security and half of the amount with security.
