UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R

We have examined the affidavit filed on behalf of the appellant, M/s. Puravankara Project Limited (now known as, Puravankara Limited), and extend the time for completion of the work of the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and other development works till 07.03.2025.

Re-list in the week commencing 24.03.2025.

Mr. Arvind Kumar Agrawal, who appears in person, and connected through video conferencing, has raised some connected issues. The said issues will be examined at an appropriate stage.

The Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board shall inspect the property in question and submit a report with regard to the compliances and also state whether the STP stipulations, as

mandated by law, are being adhered to. However, before proceeding on the basis of complaint(s), if any, they shall take the permission of this Court.
