UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R

Without making any comments or observations on the merits of the allegations made, we deem it appropriate to implead Cosmo City Residents Welfare Association as a party-respondent to the present appeals. Amended memo of parties will be filed by the appellants within seven days from today.

Notice will be issued to the newly impleaded respondent by all modes, including dasti, on steps being taken, within seven days from today*.*

Re-list before the Court in the week commencing 27.08.2024.

We hope and trust that the appellant in Civil Appeal Nos. 4303-4304/2023, M/s. Puravankara Projects Limited (now known as Puravankara Limited) and Cosmo City Residents Welfare Association will abide by the Memorandum of Understanding dated 07.06.2024, signed on 19.06.2024.
