The matters above-mentioned was listed before the Honable court on 14th January, 2013, when the Honable court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay condoned,

Issue notice.

Dasti, in addition to the ordinary process, is permitted.

Connect with Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 9462 of 2012."

Accordingly show cause notice as well as Dasti was issued to sole respondernt. Counsel for petitioner has filed affidavit of dasti servsice but no one has entered appearance so far.

SLP NO. 3617 OF 2013

The matters above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble court on 14th January, 2013, when the Hon'ble court was pleased to pass the following order:-

" Delay condoned.

Issue notice.

Tag with Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 9462 of 2012."

Accordingly show cause notice was issued to sole respondant. AD Card has been received back but no one has entered appearance so far.

The matters above mentioned were listed before Registrar's Court on 27th October 2015 when the following order was passed.

SLP ( C ) No. 31028/2012

"Counter affidavit of the sole respondent has yet not been filed till date. Vakalatnama on his behalf was filed on 27.11.2012. Time stipulated for the respondent to file the counter affidavit stands exhausted way back. Hence, the opportunity stands declined Petition now be processed to be placed before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules, however, alongwith the connected petition."

"Service in both these matters is complete but none has entered appearance.

All the petitions, in the given circumstances, be processed to be listed before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules".
