"In view of letter dated 3.10.2016 of Ms.Priya Aristotle, Advocate, Registry is directed to issue notice to the respondents after filing an I.A. for dispensing with service on the proforma respondents.

List the matter again on 23.11.2016."

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, Ms. Priya Aristotle, Counsel for the Petitioners, has on 17th November, 2016, filed separate applications for dispensation of service upon proforma respondents with affidavit alongwith Annexure A-1 in the above-mentioned matters and show cause notice is yet to be issued in all the matters.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
