: 2 : We see no reason to interfere with the findings rendered by the High Court, with respect to the eligibility of respondent no.3 for the concerned post. In view of the allegations which were made against respondent no.3, we had asked Mr.Luthra, learned Additional Solicitor General to get the relevant files from the Central Vigilance Commission for our perusal. He has produced the same. We have looked into the files and we do not see any reason to doubt the decision taken by the C.V.C. to clear the appointment of the respondent no.3.

The Special Leave Petition is dismissed.
