The petition above mentioned has been filed on 25.03.2015 against The Judgment and Order dated 11.07.2014 passed by Hon'ble High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in Ins. App No. 43 of 2014.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has filed two applications one for condonation of delay in filing SLP which is barred by time by 132 days and another for condonation of delay in refiling SLP and which is barred by time by 13 days total delay of 145 days.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 620 of 2015 (Main matter is SLP 28285 of 2009) arising out of common order on 05.01.2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to issue notice. Copy of Record of Proceedings dated 05.01.2015 is enclosed for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is submitted that SLP(C) CC No. 8873 of 2015 and CC 8964 of 2015 are arising out of common order, hence SLP (C) CC No. 8964 of 2015 is tagged with SLP (C) CC No. 8873 of 2015.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
