Respondent nos. 2 and 3 have failed to file counter Zidavit in SLP(C) NO.28285/2009 despite last opportunity warned for the purpose. Time stipulated for the purpose has already expired. Further opportunity is declined.

Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in SLP(C) NO.13093/2014 has come on record.

Service in respect of respondent no.1 is complete but one has entered appearance.
