The Petition above-mentioned has been filed on 16.12.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 11.07.2014 of the High Court of Judicature for Kerala at Ernakulam in Ins. App. No. 62, 65 and 52 of 2012.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has filed two applications one for condonation of delay in filing SLP which is barred by time by 33, 29 and 33 days and another for condonation of delay in refiling SLP and which is barred by time by 3, 20 and 5 days total of 36, 49 and 38 days respectively.

It is submitted for that SLP (C) CC No. 1100 of 2015 and instant matters are arising out of common order hence instant matters are tagged with SLP (C) No. 1100/2015 which is listed as Item No. 12 in Court No. 8.

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
