"The respondent No.1 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks. Ld. counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the respondent Nos. 2 & 3 and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them within the same period.

List the matter again on 02.08.2016."

It is submitted that there are three Respondents in the matter above-mentioned.

Counsel for Respondent No. 1 has not filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of the said Respondent so far.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has neither furnished the fresh particulars of unserved Responsdent Nos. 2 and 3 nor taken fresh steps for the service of notice to them so far.

The Office Report is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court for orders.
