The matter above-mentined was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 11th January, 2016 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Issue notice on the application for condonation of delay as well as special leave petition."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the three Respondents on 8th February, 2016 through registered A.D. Post. Mr. Sanjay Kapur, Advocate has on 1st March, 2016 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No.1 but he has not filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of the said Respondent so far. Unserved covers containing the show cause notice have been received back from Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 with the Postal Remarks "Addressee Left Station, Present address not known". Counsel for the Petitioners has not taken fresh step for effecting service of notice on the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 despite this Registry's letter dated 14th March, 2016.

The Office Report is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court for orders. Dated this the 4th Day of May, 2016.
