UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Heard learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondent caveater.
Inasmuch as the present dispute is between the members of a family, we are inclined to refer the dispute to the Mediation Centre annexed to the High Court of Judicature at Madras at Madurai.
The parties are directed to appear before the High Court Mediation Centre Madurai, in person, on 19.12.2024 and thereafter, the learned Mediator shall proceed with the matter.
List the matters after the mediation report is received.
