The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on

15.4.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

" Learned Counsel for the parties state that these matters have suddenly been listed. Service is not complete. Considering the number of parties who are before the Court we direct the petitioners in each case to carry out Newspaper publication, in addition to service by normal mode. Counter affidavits be filed within four weeks. Rejoinders, if any, be filed within four weeks

thereafter. Re-notify on 8th July, 2015."

It is submitted that Mr. Shadan Farasat, Advocate has filed vakalatnama and

counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent no. 1 and Mr. Mishra Saurabh, Advocate

has filed vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent nos. 2 -4 and

the counter affidavits are already included in the paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for petitioner has not filed rejoinder

affidavit, so far.

Thereafter, the matter above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court

on 22.07.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Heard. Post on Tuesday, the 28th July, 2015. Mr. Gopal Subramaniam, learned Amicus, is requested to assist the Court on that day."

It is submitted that a copy of SLP paper books has been provided to Mr.

Gopal Subramanian, Sr. Advocate(A.C.).

Thereafter, the matter above mentioned along with connected matters were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 20.01.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"T.P.(C) No.1868/15 & T.P.(C)No.1857-1859/2015 are allowed in terms of the signed order. As requested by the counsel appearing for the parties, let these matters be listed after four weeks."

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this
