UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Heard learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Senior counsel, who appears on caveat, on behalf of the respondents and carefully perused the material placed on record.
2. In view of the fact that the orders passed by the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee were totally atrocious and arbitrary, the High Court has rightly intervened and set aside the same vide the impugned order dated 26.08.2024.
3. In view of the above, no ground to interfere with the order dated 26.08.2024, passed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, is made out except to clarify that the issues pending consideration before this Court in SLP(C)No.19774/2018 etc. are distinguishable and have no direct bearing on the peculiar facts and circumstances of this case.
4. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
5. As a result, the pending interlocutory application also stands disposed of.
