UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Notices were issued in these matters and the matters are posted for final disposal.

On the last occasion, Mr. Raghenth Basant, learned advocate was requested to prepare a combined chart. According to Mr. Basant, the chart as regards all the matters listed today for final disposal is ready.

However, SLP (C) Diary No(s). 45705/2019 has since then been filed on behalf of University. It appears that there are 11 more matters, list of which has been handed over by Ms. Sakshi Kakkar, learned advocate appearing for the University. She also submits that there are two more matters which are lying in defects. Let all these 13 matters alongwith SLP (C) Diary No(s). 45705/2019 be listed alongwith the other matters which are ready for final disposal on 24.02.2020. (List of 13 matters is attached herewith for reference).

In the meantime, Mr. Basant shall prepare the chart taking into account details of above 14 matters as well.

The matter shall not be adjourned on any count and even if any

fresh matters are filed those matters shall not be considered alongwith this batch of petitions.

The chart so prepared by Mr. Basant shall be exchanged with the learned counsel appearing for the University as well as other learned counsel who have entered appearance on behalf of the respective parties within three days.

All the concerned parties are at liberty to file their pleadings atleast five days before the next date.
