Heard Dr. S. Gopakumaran Nair, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioners.
Since large number of matters at the instance of the Mahatma Gandhi University are pending consideration before this Court and resent matter also arises out of the same judgment, we issue notice on special leave petitions as well as on the application for condonation of delay.
Ms. Meenakshi Arora, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the University accepts notice and prays for some time to put in affidavit in reply.
Let affidavit in reply be filed within four weeks and rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.
