Mr. Pankaj Jain, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of Mr. Bijoy K. Jain, learned Advocate-on-Record, has submitted that he has instructions to appear for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 and seeks time to file Vakalatnama and counter affidavit.

Vakalatnama may be filed within one week and counter affidavit may be filed within four weeks from today.

Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
