Delay condoned.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that he may be permitted to withdraw these petitions leaving it open for the petitioners to file review petition before the High Court or the Central Administrative Tribunal as, according to the learned counsel, both the Tribunal and the High Court have failed to consider the relevant terms and conditions of the Tripartite Agreement.

Accordingly, we dismiss these special leave petitions as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

We make it clear that the High Court or the Tribunal will deal with the review petition, if filed, on its own merits, uninfluenced by any observations made by us above.

The petitioners are at liberty to approach this Court again, in case they fail.
