It has been submitted that the counsel is not able to file no objection certificate from the erstwhile advocate as he has already expired prior to filing this petition. Further, as far as the filing of the copy of the Special Leave Petition is concerned, it has been informed by the Registry that the documents relating to the Special Leave Petition have already been weeded out due to which he is not able to get a copy of the same. Under the circumstances, he has sought for exemption of filing the aforesaid documents. Having considered the same, applications are allowed. The matter may be listed as per rule.
