The Special Leave Petition has been filed by Mr. P.A. Noor Muhamed, Advocate on 19th December, 2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 27.8.2014 of the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in W.A. No. 1165 of 2014

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that two applications for condonation of delay in filing and refiling the Special leave petition have been filed. There is delay of 17 day in filing the Special Leave Petition and delay of 18 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed application for impleadment, application for permission to place on record additional documents and application for amendment(Copies of the same are being circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

The matter alongwith applications abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
