"Among 52 respondents herein, counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 12, 27, 28 and 29 is awaited. Be filed within four weeks time.

Service of respondent nos. 31 and 52 is complete but none has entered appearance.

With respect to the remaining respondent, ld. Counsel for the petitioner still to take fresh steps to effect service. Be taken within two weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued.

List again on 21.9.2015."

It is submitted that Counsel for Respondent Nos. 1, 36, 12, 2729 has not field Counter Affidavit, so far.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has not taken steps for service on unserved Respondent Nos. 2, 711, 1326, 30, 3251, so far.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this OfficeReport.
