The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 6/02/2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Issue notice.

In the meanwhile, status quo with regard to the possession of suit property, as it exists today, shall be maintained by the parties."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued on 21/02/2015 to all the 52 respondents by registered AD post.

Mr. Shantanu Sagar, Advocate has already filed Caveat for Respondent No. 12. Mr. Prem Prakash, Advocate has on 8/04/2015 filed Vakalatnama & Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5 & 6.

Neither AD Card nor unserved cover containing notice from Respondent Nos. 14, 711 & 1352 have been received back, so far and service of notice is yet awaited.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this OfficeReport.
