"None appears for respondent No. 25, despite deemed service.

Await service of respondent Nos. 2, 7 to 11, 13 to 24, 26, 30, 32 to 36, 3840, 43, 45 to 47, 50 and 51.

Opportunity for respondent Nos. 1, 3 to 6, 27 to 29, 12 and 37 to file the counter affidavit has already been declined. List again on 29.8.2016."

There are fifty two respondents in this matter.

It is submitted that Mr. Shantanu Sagar, Advocate has on 10.5.2016 filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent Nos. 78, 3435 & 38, but no counteraffidavit has been filed, so far.

It is further submitted that AD cards duly signed have been received back from respondent Nos. 2, 10, 11, 1618, 26, 31, 36, 3940, 46 & 47 and 52, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf, so far. Unserved cover containing notice has been received back with remaks "refused" in respect of respondent Nos. 41, 42, 44, 48 and 49.

Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from respondent Nos. 9, 1315, 1924, 30, 32,33, 43, 45, 50 & 51, so far.

Service of notice on remaining respondent is complete.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this Office report.
