**"**Process issued against respondent nos. 2,7 to 11, 19,21,23,25,26,30,32,34 to 36,38,39,43 and 45 have not been received back. Be awaited.

Process against respondent nos.31 and 52 have been received back as duly served. None has appeared for them. They are set es parte.

Respondent nos.41,42,442,48 and 49 have refused to také notice. As a sequel, they are set ex parte. Respondent

nos.13,14,15,16,17,18,22,24,33,40,46,47,50 and 51 could not have been served for want of address or could not be located. Let the ld. Counsel for the petitioner také steps for fresh notices within four weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued. List again on 26.02.2016."

It is submitted that neither AD card nor unserved cover containg showcause notice from Respondent nos 2,711,19 21,23,25,26,30,32,3436,38,39,43,45 have been received back , so far.

It is further submitted that Counsel fot he Petitioner has not taken fresh steps for service on Respondent Nos.1518, 22, 24, 33, 40, 46, 47, 50,51 so far.

Service on remaining respondents is complete but Mr. Prem Prakash, Advocate, for Respondent Nos.1,36,2729 & Mr. Shantanu Sagar, Advocate, for Respondent Nos.12 & 37 has not filed counter affidavit so far.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
