The matter abovementioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 21.09.2015 when the Ld. Registrar was pleased to pass the following order:

"Among 52 respondents herein, counter affidavit for respondent nos. 1,3,4,5,6,12 and 27 to 29 is awaited. The ld. Counsel has requested four weeks time. Be filed as assured, as last opportunity.

For the remaining respondents, ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps within four weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued.

List again on 11.12.2015."

There are Fiftytwo respondents in this matter.

It is submitted that advocate for respondent nos.1,36,2729 and 12 have not filed their counteraffidavit, so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has taken fresh steps and accordingly show cause notice was issued on 09.10.2015 to respondent nos.2,711,1326,30,3251 by registered AD post.

It is submitted that Mr. Shantanu Sagar, Advocate has on 23.11.2015 filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent

no.37. AD card duly signed from respondent nos.31,52 have been received back.

It is further submitted that unserved envelopes from respondent nos.41,42,44,48,49 have been received back with remarks "refused".

Unserved envelopes from respondent nos.13,14,15,16,17,18,22,24,33,40,46,47,50,51 have been received back with remarks as "No Such Person", ""Cannot be located", "not met". "Incomplete address" etc.

Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing show cause notice from respondent nos.2,711,1921,23, 2526, 30,32, 3436,3839,43,45 have been received back, so far and service is yet awaited.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this Office Report.
